سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال

نحن في داستا حريصون إنك تكون راضي 100% عن مشترياتك. لو حصلت أي مشكلة في الطلبية أو المنتج مش مناسبك، تقدر ترجع أو تبدل وفق الشروط التالية:

✅ شروط الاسترجاع والاستبدال:

  • الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال خلال 14 يوم من تاريخ استلام الطلبية.

  • لازم يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية: غير مستخدم، غير مغسول، ومعاه التغليف الأصلي.

  • لأسباب صحية، الملابس الداخلية لا تُستبدل ولا تُسترجع إلا إذا كان فيها عيب صناعة أو خطأ في الطلب.

  • لازم تحتفظ بالفاتورة أو رقم الطلب.

💰 الاسترداد:

  • في حالة الاسترجاع، بنرجع المبلغ بنفس طريقة الدفع اللي استخدمتها.

  • مصاريف الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد (إلا لو المنتج فيه عيب أو تم إرسال طلبية خاطئة).

🚚 طريقة الإرجاع:

  1. تواصل معانا على خدمة العملاء من خلال [البريد الإلكتروني / رقم واتساب / صفحة اتصل بنا].

  2. هنرتب معاك استلام الطلبية عن طريق شركة الشحن.

  3. بمجرد استلام وفحص المنتج، هيتم تأكيد الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع.

ℹ️ ملاحظات:

  • في حالة الاستبدال، لو المنتج البديل سعره أعلى، هتدفع الفرق.

  • لو المنتج البديل سعره أقل، هنرجعلك الفرق.

 

 

Return & Exchange Policy

At Dasta, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If there’s any issue with your order, you can return or exchange it under the following conditions:

✅ Conditions for Return & Exchange:

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging.

  • For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned or exchanged unless it is defective or you received the wrong item.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.

💰 Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the item is defective or the wrong order was sent).

🚚 How to Return:

  1. Contact our customer support via [email / WhatsApp / Contact Us page].

  2. We will arrange a pickup through our courier partner.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm your return or exchange.

ℹ️ Notes:

  • For exchanges: if the replacement item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference.

  • If the replacement item is cheaper, we’ll refund you the difference.
